Report on Mass with Bishop Zendejas

#1

We had Mass on Sunday in the Greater Toronto Area with Bishop Zendejas. I had not seen him since his Consecration and was not sure what to expect.

His demeanor was that of a quiet man who knew what he wanted to get across. His sermon was a masterpiece of Catholic Teaching, explaining about suffering and what we are to do with it. He also taught that we should be consecrated to the Immaculate Heart and offer our sufferings to her.

I have not heard a sermon of that calibre despite attending SSPX Masses for over 15 years!

In spite of the terrible winter weather, everybody showed up. There were over 10 children, the youngest under a year, and two teenagers who did an excellent job as servers. All the people showed great committment to the Mass Centre and were edified and inspired by the Bishop. He calmly assessed our current situation in a practical manner and outlined his plans for our Mass Centre. He gave his commitment to provide us with a monthly Mass in 2019. He expects that the regular monthly Mass will help our Centre to grow.

He will return February 17 to give us our next Mass. All are welcome to attend. The time and location will be announced later.

After 6 years of uncertainty and betrayal, there is great hope for the future within the Resistance!

Indeed! The good Bishop has provided us in Kansas with a Mass almost every Sunday. The most likely assignment for the new priests of the SAJM will be at our little chapel. Plus the Dominicans are committed to help our little chapel on a regular basis, so there is hope for the Resistance. But the Bishop has asked for patience and for us to stay focused.

Were is that “masterpiece” of Catholic Teathing? A sermon of that “caliber” should be spread far and wide, unless someone want to “put a muzzle” on Bishop Zendejas. Apostolicity or private club? In the mean time, " stay focused " and don’t forget this : " Not to oppose error is to approve it; and not to defend truth is to suppress it; and indeed to neglect to confound evil men, when we can do it, is no less a sin than to encourage them. " -Pope St. Felix lll

It’s likely that the reason for the sermon not being recorded is that there is a concern that +Z’s sermon will be picked apart by traditional Catholics in order to find error or heresy. That’s what traditional Catholics do. They are their own worst enemy, IMO.

It’s not really the Modernists or Novus Ordo Catholics or heretics who are the biggest threat to the Resistance. It’s other traditional Catholics who, IMO, are the biggest threat.

Bishop Zendejas’s masses are not a private club, all are welcomed. As to " Not to oppose error is to approve it;etc not even Fr. Pfiffer and Hewko, or Pablo and Moran, nor any other Resistance , nor sedavacantists group is confronting Pope Francis and the Novus Ordo Bishops to oppose their errors.

Why would the semons of +Z have error or heresy if they are a “masterpiece of Catholic Teaching” ?

Did you have an example in mind of someone who failed in his duty to oppose error?
